We need young opinions! Know anyone aged 11-25? If so, let them know about this brilliant opportunity to make a difference to youth services in Wrexham.
Our Youth Work Strategy survey is currently open, and we need 11–25-year-olds to take part.
See, we’re developing a new Youth Work Strategy to shape how young people in our area are supported over the next five years.
And this strategy will set out what youth work currently looks like locally, what young people say they need, and how we and our partners will work together to meet those needs.
The message is clear – young people must lead the way. So, if you know anyone aged 11-25, please encourage them to take part in the survey.
The information gathered will directly shape how youth work is delivered across Wrexham — from youth clubs and mental health support, to sports, arts, digital activities, safe spaces, and opportunities for learning, volunteering, and personal development.
Cllr Phil Wynn, Lead Member with responsibility for youth services, said: “We’re asking parents, youth group leaders, and teachers to help us spread the word, and encourage young people to take part in our survey. If you know anyone aged 11-25, please let them know about this opportunity.”
The survey is live until Sunday, August 2.
