Have you got any thoughts about the services we offer? If so, great!
We need your opinions so we can develop and improve our services. If you have some ideas that could help us, now is your opportunity to tell us.
Our Customer Access Engagement Strategy consultation is open, and we want to hear your views so we can shape our services moving forwards. This consultation is live until August 21, 2026.
Your opinion matters
Simply put, it’s your opinions and experiences of using our services that will drive how they look in the future.
If we’re doing something well, we need to know so we can build on it, and equally if there is something we could do a bit better we need to know so we can make tweaks.
But we can only make changes if you tell us, and that’s why it’s really important you take the time to complete the survey.
What we need to know
Some of the things we’re looking to find out include:
- The ways you prefer to contact us, and why
- Your experiences when you’ve needed to contact us
- How you get information from us
- The things that are important to you
- Your thoughts on how we use digital technology
- Which services you would like to access online
- Your thoughts on our strategies and initiatives
“A brilliant chance to have your say”
Cllr John Pritchard, Lead Member for Corporate Services, said: “We want to pull together as many opinions as we can, which we will use to develop the many council services we provide. We can’t stress enough that all thoughts will be taken into consideration, so it’s a brilliant chance to have your say.
“The Customer Access Engagement Strategy consultation is live until August 21 and it takes around 10-15 minutes to complete, so please take part if you can.”
You can take part in the consultation online on Your Voice. Or if you prefer, a paper copy of the consultation can be printed on request at Contact Wrexham or at your local housing estate office.
