What does aging well mean to you?

Being happy? Healthy? Meaningful relationships? Purpose?

It can mean many things to different people and there isn’t a one size fits all approach to achieving it.

Come along to Ty Pawb on June 26, 12-2pm, to find out what services are available in Wrexham for people aged 50 and over.

There will be more than 15 agencies represented to make sure you have everything you need to make the right changes and decisions for you.

You’ll be able to find out more about Freedom Leisure, occupational health, deaf and vision support, fall prevention and bone health and food poverty/cost of living among many other things.

Cllr John Pritchard, lead member for adult social care, health and wellbeing, said: “This event represents a wonderful opportunity to talk to a wide range of professionals and organisations to find out more about how you can maintain your heath and wellbeing as you age. I encourage anyone over 50, or who has family and friends over 50, to come along and find out more.”

The event is completely free and there is no need to book.
