Did you know that you can buy tickets for a number of events over the counter at the Tourist Information Centre?
Well you can…and here’s a bit of info about what’s available.
More than just flowers
One of the events on sale is the ever popular Shrewsbury Flower Show, which takes place over two days: Friday August 10, and Saturday August 11.
A well as showcasing top exhibitors from all over the country, you will also get to see TV personalities, celebrity chefs and singers. And what’s more…each 12-hour day finishes with a magnificent firework display.

All in all, it’s a great family event and get this…all children’s activities are completely free!

It’s not just the Shrewsbury flower show…tickets for the Southport flower show, the Denbigh and Flint show and food festival are also currently on sale at the TIC.
And not forgetting the TIC sells tickets for Wrexham events, Chester Zoo, Venue Cymru in Llandudno and Forum Studio Theatre in Chester throughout the year.
