Guest article from The Consumer Council for Wales
“Our Wales Committee meetings take place in public every six months. We ask the water companies in Wales to explain and answer questions about aspects of their service, policies and performance. It is also an opportunity for members of the public and other stakeholders to ask questions of Dŵr Cymru and Hafren Dyfrdwy. There are two main topics on this meeting agenda: the transition from Dee Valley Water to Hafren Dyfrdwy; and the regulations in Wales which require landlords to provide tenant information to the water companies.”
Date: 29 March 2019
Time: 10.30 – 14.00
