This temporary role exists within the Heritage Team based at Wrexham Museum part of the Regeneration Team of the Housing and Economy Department.
Wrexham Museum is one of Wales’s largest regional museums and has a varied and innovative programme of temporary exhibitions often including objects from the UK’s National Collections.
The post holder will project manage the circa £5m redevelopment of Wrexham Museum to include the new Football Museum for Wales which will be a major addition to the cultural landscape of north Wales and will tell the story of football in Wales.
The post holder will work with museum and council staff, the external project design team, the project steering group, external stakeholders, funders and the contractors to manage the redevelopment of the museum and ensure that the project achieves its objectives.
