The event is on between 2pm and 10pm and is part of our September celebrations to mark Wrexham’s achievements in 2022 which include, being a finalist in the City of Culture 2025, Tŷ Pawb becoming a finalist of the Art Fund Museum of the Year, city status award. All these have given an increased knowledge and confidence of the diverse cultural offering right here in Wrexham including a vibrant arts and music scene.
With the ‘Welcome to Wrexham’ documentary showing the Wrexham AFC takeover broadcasting on streaming services around the globe there’s likely to be even more focus on the region and Wrexham AFC.
We continue to rise together as a community and use our unique Wrecsam culture as a catalyst for positive changes.
Nigel Williams, Lead Member for Economy and Regeneration, said, “It’s certainly been a busy year here in Wrexham with lots of focus on us both nationally and internationally.
“There’s no doubt Wrexham is making massive advances and has a great future lined up. I hope everyone enjoys the event on Saturday and all those coming up. We have a fantastic line up of artists playing live at Llwyn Isaf from lunch time into the evening with music to cater for all tastes and ages so please bring your families along to enjoy.”
