Rossett will see the opening of a new bakery, coffee house and pantry this weekend as Humble & Whole opens its doors after months of renovations.
Following extensive renovations to the Machine House in Rossett, Humble & Whole will be opening in Rossett this weekend, offering a range of baked goods including a variety of breads and sweet treats.
The owners of the bakery received a Shared Prosperity Fund (SPF): North Wales grant and have worked closely with the business team at Wrexham Council to get everything in place to help them achieve their goals and make the most of the business opportunities.
Cllr Nigel Williams, lead member for economy, business and tourism who recently visited the bakery, said: “I am so pleased that Humble & Whole have been able to take advantage of the SPF grant and that they have been able to work so closely with the team at Wrexham Council. Rossett is home to a number of successful businesses, which contribute to a thriving community and Humble & Whole is a welcome addition.”
Rebecca Griffiths, director at Humble & Whole, said: “We were thrilled to welcome Cllr Nigel Williams and share our vision for Humble & Whole Bakery. We’re incredibly excited to announce that we’ll be officially opening our doors to the public on Saturday, April 5, at 10am. We’re passionate about creating a welcoming space in Rossett where people can enjoy high-quality, locally-sourced baked goods, from our signature sourdough to our amazing brownies and exciting new sourdough cookies. As a social enterprise, we’re also deeply committed to supporting our community, and we can’t wait to celebrate our opening with everyone and become a vibrant part of Rossett.”
