Most people – at one stage or another – will probably have experienced having a piece of technology that just won’t work as it should.

It can be annoying, frustrating, and it stops you from doing the important things you need to do. When this happens, it’s likely that a call to the helpdesk is necessary.

Potential to put smiles on faces

We have a team of problem solvers, who have the potential to put smiles on faces. These people get called ‘a hero’, ‘a star’, and even ‘a life saver’ simply by staying calm, and using their expert knowledge to resolve ICT problems that have been nagging at others…so you could say it’s a pretty rewarding job.

Fancy being that ‘life saver’? Well, this could be your lucky day 🙂

We’re looking for a Technical Analyst to work in our ICT service. It’s a permanent position, and it’s full-time…is this something you could do?

Protect the people you love. Download the Covid-19 NHS app.

Lead, develop and support

Our team of specialists support and manage devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers for over 2,400 people.

We’re looking to add another member to this team to lead, develop and support a range of End User technology areas.

We want someone with experience of implementing and managing devices in an enterprise environment. They should have experience in Windows 10, and device management tools such as SCCM and Blackberry UEM.

Communication is important

As well as having the necessary skills and knowledge, it’s also vitally important that you have excellent communication and customer service skills.

You’ll need to be self-motivated and able to work under pressure to do the job well, and it’s also an opportunity to mentor other members of the team.

Great work-life balance

And if you’re looking for that work-life balance, there are plenty of reasons to apply.

For example, our flexible working scheme means you can step away from the typical 9 to 5 and finish early one day and late the next – if you need to.

You’ll also get a generous leave allowance, access to a good pension scheme and other employee benefits.

The closing date is November 8.
