Young people from Wrexham along with their Youth Workers will march around the city centre on Saturday 24 June when they celebrate Youth Work Week with a parade.
Youth Work Week aims to promote a wider understanding of and youth work and what it means to young people.
Youth Service Staff and young people will congregate on Queen’s Square at 11am and everyone is invited to join in.
The parade will start at 11.30 am and arrive back at Queen’s Square at 12.15pm
On the day there’s be market stalls and activities around Queen’s Square until 2pm. There’s also a catering van which will provide free pizza and chips to parade participants.
Parade Route
From Queen’s square the parade will go along Queen Street and then turn on to Henblas Street. They’ll then go right onto Chester Street and right onto High Street before turning onto Hope Street and onto Argyle Street before returning to the Guildhall.
