Topwood Ltd Document Management Service based on Wrexham Industrial Estate has become the leading provider in the North West and North Wales for their flexible document management services.

What does Topwood Ltd offer its customers?“Exciting plans for the future”

Lead Member for Economy and Regeneration, Cllr Nigel Edwards, recently paid them a visit to see for himself how the company has expanded over 20 years to become the leading provider in the North West and North Wales offering a huge range of flexible document management solutions tailored to their customers’ requirements.

Formed in 2002 they moved to the Industrial Estate in 2018 after converting a disused food factory into a secure records management facility and now employ 23 staff from the Wrexham area.

They hold an impressive amount of accreditations such as ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) ISO 27001:2013 (Information Security) ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management) BS10008:2014 (Legal Admissibility of Electronic Information) Safe Contractor Waste Carrier Licence (CBDU020106) Cyber Essentials ICO Registered Member of British Security Industry Association (BSIA) and they are also Bronze Award holders of the Armed Forces Covenant.

What does Topwood Ltd offer its customers?

They operate 3 custom shred trucks, each capable of the secure destruction of up to 2 tonnes per hour of confidential waste, packaging and other materials.

They provide specialist services which includes secure document storage and management, industry compliant destruction of confidential materials and can transform paper records into searchable digital formats hosted on a bespoke cloud based platform.

They can also provide digital mailroom and robotic process automation/sales order processing services which provide significant efficiencies and cost savings to customers.

Simon Povey, Operations Director at Topwood Ltd, said, “It was a pleasure to welcome Nigel to our facility to show him how we operate and to explain our exciting plans for the future which includes opening a new state of the art shredding and baling facility.

“We are very proud of the industry accredited services we offer to a huge range of organisations across the region and will continue to be very aware of our environmental responsibilities as we progress our plans.”

Cllr Nigel Williams, said, “I was very impressed with the facility and the dedication and commitment of their staff. Their operation is very professional and they take their environmental and security responsibilities extremely seriously.

“I wish them well for the future and look forward to seeing their plans progress in the coming months.”
