There’s a variety to choose from from senior gym to swimming and group exercise sessions. You don’t need any experience to join ad the team will lead you through the sessions and make sure you enjoy them.

Here’s some good reasons to attend our senior exercise sessions:

• Help boost your immune system
• Lower stress levels
• Maintain your independence
• Stay pain free
• Lower risk of heart disease and stroke
• Lower risk of type 2 diabetes, some cancers, depression and dementia
• Reduce the risk of falling
• Meet new friends!
• Social distancing promoted throughout our centres
• Hand sanitisers throughout the building
• Regular cleaning by our centre teams
• Fitness equipment wiped down by customers before and after use
• One way systems within the centres
