Wrexham AFC manager Phil Parkinson received the freedom of the county borough on Tuesday,
April 14 – with the ceremony web-cast live from the Guildhall for all to view.
The decision to grant Mr Parkinson the honour was taken at Full Council last
autumn, following the club’s historic back-to-back-to-back promotions.
The ceremony at the Guildhall saw the official documents signed – confirming the civic honour
on Mr Parkinson.
