If you live with, or care for someone with, a mental health condition help is on hand from Wrexham’s libraries.
Reading Well for Mental Health is a collection of books focusing on information to support you if you suffer from and seek to manage a common mental health condition, or if you are dealing with difficult feelings and experiences.
The books are chosen by health professionals and people living with the conditions covered.
Sometimes, the books are recommended by health professionals, but you can visit your local library and take out a book for free.
