Are you passionate about leading a team, with a commitment to providing excellent customer service? Are you forward thinking, innovative and have a ‘can do’ attitude? Do you have experience in housing management? Yes? Then we want you!

The role of Team Leader – Estates is a varied and exciting position within the Housing Department, where you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of officers to provide an effective and customer focused housing service to our tenants.

You will be responsible for all functions of the day-to-day management of an estate office and will support the senior management team in meeting key performance targets.
