Are you a working parent of a 3 or 4 year old? Earn less than £100k?

Most working parents of 3 to 4 year olds can now claim funds towards the cost of childcare.

We want to make life a bit easier for working parents, whether that means a bit of extra money every month or giving you more flexibility in how and when you work.

What’s included in the Offer?

The Welsh Government’s Childcare Offer for Wales means that most working parents of 3 to 4 year olds can now claim funds towards the cost of childcare.

This means 30 hours of early education and childcare in Wales for eligible parents.

The 30 hours is made up of a minimum of 10 hours of early education a week and a maximum of 20 hours a week of childcare.

It’s available for 48 weeks of the year, meaning that the Offer can help you with childcare cover for some of the school holidays.

What would support towards childcare costs mean to your family?

Whatever the Offer means for you and your family – don’t miss out on government support with childcare. Applications are now open right across Wales.

Wrexham and Flintshire Councils are working together to provide the Childcare Offer in Wrexham. Wrexham parents can check their eligibility and apply on-line on the joint online system hosted by Flintshire Council for the Childcare Offer in Wrexham.
