Because of safety risks Whirlpool are recalling Indesit and Hotpoint washing machines made between 2014 and 2018.
Your safety is Whirlpool’s priority and they’re asking you to check if your machine is one of those at risk by calling 0800 316 1422. You will need to have your serial number and model number to hand and the diagram below shows where these can be found.
The Call Centre is open 7 days a week.

To avoid any risk owners of affected models should unplug their washing machines and stop using them. However, if owners continue to use their appliances they should use cold water cycles of 20C or lower only.
Affected models will be replaced free of charge.
