As you probably know, most of the UK is expecting wintery weather this weekend, with some potential snow and icy conditions forecast.
We’ll be keeping an eye on the weather and our gritting teams will be out treating surfaces where appropriate.
Bin collections
As January 1 was a bank holiday, refuse pick-ups for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday are a day later this week. So if you usually have a pick up on Friday, this will be on Saturday this week.
Should the weather impact this we’ll give as much advanced notice as we can. You can check your bin collection date on our website.
