Our schools are going cashless as we’re joining forces with ParentPay – the UK market leader in school online payments and rolling it out to all our schools.

By using ParentPay there’ll be reduced cash handling across schools which will save admin time and it also means there’ll be less cash held in school offices.

Parents will see benefit of ParentPay

Parents too will see a difference as it provides a convenient way to pay by card, bank transfer or PayPoint. It works great on tablets and phones as well as desktop computers. They’ll be able to see school menus and see the all important dietary and nutritional information.

They’ll be kept up to date with important messages sent from schools direct to parents via email and text. Trips can be paid for, consent given and medical information can be given online.

Equipment, uniforms or student photographs can be bought via the school’s online shop and advanced notice of upcoming clubs can be given allowing parents/carers to book, pay and secure an early place.

How Payments ParentPay work?

Parents and carers will have access to a secure online account using a unique username and password. They’ll be able to use debit or credit cards and cash payments can be made via PayPoint networks at local convenience stores.
