It can be easy to take for granted that your home is a safe place.

For some people, sadly, this is not the case.

If you, or someone you know, is at risk of domestic abuse or sexual violence during the coronavirus emergency, read on for help and support.

A home should not be a place of fear, but now we are having to spend more time in our houses it may become a place where the risk of abuse and violence is increased and you may need to rethink how you stay safe at home.

GET THE LATEST COVID-19 INFORMATION FROM PUBLIC HEALTH WALES

The Live Fear Free helpline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is free to use. This service offers lots of ways to reach out to someone for help and advice including phoning 0808 80 10 800, text and live chat. Visit the Live Fear Free web pages for all the details.
