Nearly 1 in 5 households live in a privately let home, North Wales Local Authorities are consulting with private tenants to see how they are dealing with the Coronavirus pandemic.

Many employees live in privately rented accommodation and we would like to invite you have your say and share your experiences of how COVID-19 may have impacted your tenancy. What you tell us will help shape our services at this time and in 2021.

We would also ask services who work with private tenants to help spread the word about the survey and encourage people to take part.

The questionnaire is being hosted by the tenant participation service, TPAS Cymru. TPAS organises ‘Tenant Pulse’, which gives private tenants the opportunity to provide feedback and share their experiences. Tenant Pulse members have the chance to win high street vouchers.  Their voice will be heard by Local Authorities, the Welsh Government and Landlord Organisations. Everyone answering the questionnaire will be invited to sign up to Tenant Pulse.

You have until 30 December 2020 to have your say.

To complete the Questionnaire, click here.
