The UEFA European Under-19 Championship is heading to North Wales this summer, with Wrexham playing a central role as one of the tournaments key host locations – and the venue for the final.
The official draw, recently held at Wrexham University, confirmed the group stage line-up for the eight competing nations.
Cymru have been drawn in Group A alongside Denmark, Germany and Spain.
All of Cymru’s group matches will take place at Cae Ras – the oldest international football stadium in the world, offering a fantastic opportunity for local fans to experience elite youth international football on their doorstep.
In the lead-up to the tournament, the Football Association of Wales is planning a trophy tour across local schools in Wrexham, Denbighshire and Gwynedd – helping to inspire the next generation of players and fans.

Wrexham will host the opening match of the tournament, as Cymru face Spain at Cae Ras on June 28 at 6pm.
