Budget consultation, part 2

We have now launched the second part of our Public Budget Consultation for 2021-22. The consultation will run from January 20, to February 5, 2021.

There are, once again, difficult decisions to be made and we want to know what you think.

In Part 2 of the Difficult Decisions Consultation 2021-22, we would like to hear your comments about the approach Wrexham Council is taking to the 2021-22 budget. The feedback you give us will be taken into account before we make our final decisions on the 2021-22 budget in early 2021.

Back in November and December 2020, we asked for suggestions you may have in order to meet the financial challenge we face in 2021-22. Now that the Welsh Government has published the provisional settlement and provisional budget for 2021-22, in this second phase of the consultation process (January 2021), we have taken your views into account and want to know whether you have any comments on the approach the Council is taking to setting our budget for 2021-22.

Please complete the online survey so you can share your ideas with us. It’s important we get as many people to take part as possible…so please encourage family and friends to make their views known.
