Celebrate this year’s World Book Day at Wrexham Library on March 1 and pick up a free book!
There has been a World Book day every year for more than two decades, and it is a celebration of all things reading – the books, the authors, the stories, the illustrators. In fact, everything about books is celebrated loudly and happily in over 100 countries across the world.
To add a little extra something to this year’s celebration, if you take out a children’s library book on March 1, you will receive a free book (while stocks last).
Since it will also be St. David’s Day there will also be a special display of red books, so why not take one of those books out and celebrate both occasions at once?!
