If you need a new or replacement bin or recycling box, ordering one is perhaps much easier than you think.
We have a very short form we need you to complete for us. It only takes a minute-or-two – just pop in the details and we can start preparing for the replacement to be sent out.
If you’re reporting a faulty bin, we may be able to attempt a repair on your next collection day, depending on the type of damage.
If your bin has been lost or stolen, or if you need to order a new one for your property, you can follow the instructions to make your payment (a general waste bin costs £59, a garden waste bin costs £17).
Replacement recycling boxes (black box, green box, kerbside food caddy, kitchen food caddy, blue bag) can be ordered free of charge. Just fill in the details and we’ll process your order.
We’ll get the replacement out to you as quick as we can, but how long this takes can vary. The current estimated waiting time for deliveries is around 1-2 weeks. Should your order need to go on hold while we gather more stock, you’ll get an email from us.
