Jobs can be interesting for all sorts of different reasons…but there’s something about this opportunity, which particularly makes it stand out from the crowd.

Let’s face it, there’s not too many jobs where you get to work around some of the most important moments in people’s lives on a daily basis, but in this case you can.

That’s because we’re looking for a Registration Officer to work in our Legal Democratic and Registration Services.

It’s a permanent position, working 30 hours per week.

Duties will include registering births, deaths, marriages and civil partnerships and some citizenship work.

Attesting notices of marriage and civil partnerships, along with conducting a wide range of other ceremonies will also form part of the role and responsibilities.
