Clerk of Works x2
Our Clerk of Works manage and supervise a number of ongoing housing projects, making sure we meet Welsh Housing Quality Standards.
This includes the day-to-day management of our building and technical contractors. It’s a job where you will bring our plans into fruition through your excellent planning.
We’re on the lookout for two people to help us maintain our high standards and add value to our dedicated team. Does this sound like something you could do?
The successful people will know how to deal with on-site challenges by making decisions and finding solutions. Are you the problem solver we need?
But you’ll need to be qualified or have relevant experience in the building industry.

Building Surveyors x3
We’re also advertising for three Building Surveyors to give a professional surveying service to our properties.
We’re looking for the right people who will help to restore homes in a timely and efficient manner, always to the satisfaction of our customers.
We look after 11,200 houses across Wrexham, and the successful people will play a part in helping us get our houses in tip-top shape.
Some of the tasks will include:
• Surveying properties (internally and externally)
• Preparing schedules of work
• Find solutions to property defects
• Cost management
• Contract administration
• Structural assessments
Basically, our Building Surveyors make sure that our houses get repaired, and meet our standards, in a timely and efficient manner 🙂
