On the 23 March Wales will turn red to support the Welsh athletes who will represent us at the Commonwealth Games in Australia.
It is an opportunity for the whole nation to unite and celebrate Welsh sport and show how we Inspire, we Respect and we Believe in our Welsh sporting talent – whether at grassroots or elite.
