Welcome to the City of Calm

Young people in Wrexham are invited to come down to Ty Pawb on July 15, 1-4pm, to look at ways of improving and maintaining their health and wellbeing.

The event is called ‘City of Calm’ and has been organised by Senedd yr Ifanc – Wrexham’s youth parliament made up of people aged 11 to 25.

The Senedd yr Ifanc have been working hard planning and organising the event for other young people in Wrexham, and there will be information stalls promoting wellbeing support for young people, and workshops teaching useful tools and methods to improve and maintain healthy wellbeing.

Workshops include Metafit sessions, Mindfulness, cost of living, homelessness awareness, coping with stress, and Papyrus-Awareness for the Prevention of Young Suicide (over 16 year olds only)

The event is completely free, we just ask the young people who would like to attend to book a place through Eventbright.
