About the job
This role involves preparing detailed surveys and schedules of work for repairs to our properties.
We also need you to identify any defects in our occupied homes and prepare specifications and materials lists, which will allow us to repair the properties to a high standard and to the satisfaction of our customers.
Basically, our Building Surveyors make sure that our houses get repaired, and meet our standards, in a timely and efficient manner ????
