Wales Armed Forces Day takes place in Wrexham town centre on Saturday 18 June, 2022.

Organisers are now appealing for community groups and organisations who would like to support the day to get in touch.

They’re keen to hear from youth groups, musicians, choirs, dance troupes or those who want to have a community stall or you may wish to volunteer to help on the day.

Work in social care and be the lifeline your community needs.

Cllr David Griffiths, Armed Forces Champion said, “It’s a chance to show your support for the men and women who make up the Armed Forces community: from currently serving troops to service families, veterans and cadets.

“We want to give them all a day to remember so please take a moment to think about how you can take part and get in touch.”

It’s easy to do, just fill in the details in the link below and send to Ian Pritchard, Armed Support Officer via email ian.pritchard@wrexham.gov.uk
