Does this sound like you? What we’re looking for

Being that first point of contact with the public is a big responsibility, but the best people give a modern, customer-focused service, and they take pride in what they do.

Does this sound like you?

If so, please read on, as we’re advertising for two Customer Service Advisors to work in our Contact Centre.

One of these is a full-time position (37hrs), and the other is part-time (18.5hrs).

APPLY ONLINE FOR SCHOOL TRANSPORT IN SEPTEMBER NOW!

Sound good so far? Here’s a bit more info…

What we’re looking for

We want to hear from you if you enjoy working in a front line environment…this means you’ll be a people person who’s happy liaising with our public.

As the first point of contact, you’ll deal with enquiries in a professional manner, which could be face-to-face or over the phone.

It goes without saying that you’ll have excellent communication skills and be computer literate.

We also need some flexibility too…duties are rotational (reception work, taking payments, answering calls), but you’ll take to this with ease.

It’s a really good opportunity to join our excellent team 🙂

And get this…working for a council can be a good career option. It usually comes with a pension, good leave allowance, relative stability and flexibility.

The closing date is Friday, March 15.
