Every Monday from September 25, Get Out Get Active, run by Wrexham Council’s Active Wrexham department, will be offering the following, ladies-only, sessions for free:
- 0-5k Walk to Run session at Queensway Stadium, 6.30-7.30pm (call the number below to book)
- Gym session at Queensway Stadium, 6.30-8.30pm
- Swimming at Waterworld, 8-9.30pm
- Swimming at Gwyn Evans, 8-9pm
