About the job
This role involves preparing detailed surveys and schedules of work for our void properties.
There’s also some post-contract management for properties being refurbished by in-house and external contractors.
Basically, our Building Surveyors make sure that our houses are restored, and meet our standards, in a timely and efficient manner ????
