Get ‘sugar aware’ at Wrexham Library on October 18, when you will hear about the effects of sugar and benefits of healthy eating.
One more of the five ways to wellbeing is getting active and on October 25 you can find out more about the benefits of physical activity.
The talks will start at 11.30am, upstairs in Wrexham Library. they are free of charge and there is no need to book.
