Huge congratulations to Wrexham Museum’s Courtyard Cafe!
Their entry for the North East Wales Year of Discovery Food Challenge 2019 has made it into the final of the competition!
Next Monday they’ll be competing for the top prize in a ‘bake off’ style final in Deeside.
Their delicious entry is called ‘Heaven on Earth’.
It’s just as good as it looks and it’s made using a variety of locally sourced food and ingredients. if you haven’t tried it yet then this is a very good reason to pop along to the courtyard cafe and treat yourself! The proof is in the pudding as they say!
