We’ve been approached by Sugar Films UK who are making a new series for S4C to invite Welsh speakers and learners to take part in a new programme that aims to showcase Wales’ best walking routes – and we know some of the fabulous walks we have here Wrexham could be up there amongst the best.

Every one of us has a favourite walk which we believe is the best of the fantastic Welsh landscape. Whether it’s an iconic trail or little-known-path-less-travelled, we all have a particular rambling route that inspires us and holds a special place in our hearts and which we love to share.

But it won’t be a walk in the park. Every member of each group will take the helm as a tour guide in their local area and only one will walk away victorious; with a backpack stuffed with top-of-the-range hiking gear, and their rambling route immortalised in the S4C Walk of Fame gallery.

If you are interested please contact – cerdded@sugarfilms.co.uk to take part in this celebration of Wales’ varied and unique landscape.
