We’re about to start some general repairs and environmental works on parts of our dual carriageway network and residents and road users in the areas affected are advised that there will be disruption whilst the works take place.

Book your Covid-19 vaccination appointment online.

To allow the works to take place safely there will be some lane closures.

All the works will take place in July:

Monday 19 – A539 Llangollen Road – Lane 2 southbound during the morning followed by  lane 1 southbound in the afternoon.

Tuesday 20 to Thursday 22 – Llan-y-Pwll Link Road – Starting at JCB RA moving towards Borras Head roundabout.  Lane 1 outbound at start then switching to Lane 2 southbound followed by central reserve in the afternoon.

Old Wrexham Road – Borras Head to Gresford.

Tuesday 27 – A541 Mold Road section 1 (A483 Junction 5 to St Giles Park) – Lane 1 outbound am, lane 1 inbound pm

Wednesday 28 – A541 Mold Road section 2 – Lane 2 southbound.

Thursday 29 – A541 Mold Road section 2 (Marcher Sound to County Boundary) – Lane 2s southbound during the morning and lane 1 southbound during the afternoon.

Booking a Covid-19 vaccine appointment is now easier than ever.
