Our ICT service have an exciting opening for somebody to develop their ICT skills in a large and diverse organisation.

We’re looking for a Technical Officer, full time, and it’s an ideal stepping stone to move up within the ICT field.

Our team of specialists support and manage devices, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers for over 2,400 people.

The post holder will be expected to provide desk-side and remote support to end users of all abilities. It’s really important that you have excellent communication and customer service skills and are self-motivated and able to work under pressure.

As well as having some experience of managing end user devices in an enterprise environment, you must also have an enthusiasm to learn ICT and adhere to standards.
